Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

This Terms of Service and Privacy Policy sets out the terms and privacy practices for SPORTSTATS CANADA HOLDINGS ULC in Canada and Sports Acquisitions LLC in the USA (doing business as Sportstats, covering all subsidiaries), with respect to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information, as well as the use of our websites, including but not limited to sportstats.one (the principal domain), sportstats.ca, sportstats.us, and sportstats.asia (collectively, the "Sites"). By accessing and using the Sites, you agree to be bound by this Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Sites.

Sportstats collects and uses personal information from customers, users, and event participants ("Individuals") for the following purposes:

  • Membership and Paid Services: Sportstats may collect personal information such as your name, contact information, payment card details, and purchase history when you subscribe to services or purchase products on our website or at an event. For paid memberships, Sportstats collects information to provide services such as an ad-free experience, manage billing, and offer event updates.

  • Results Platform: Sportstats may collect personal information when you participate in the Results Platform, including name, city of residence, date of birth, and race results. This information is necessary to manage event results, age group rankings, and other related features.

  • Ad-Free Membership: If you sign up for a paid membership, you will not be presented with advertisements from third-party ad service providers. However, sponsorship elements related to event sponsors or partners may still be displayed.

  • Communications and Promotions: Sportstats may obtain your consent to use your contact information to provide newsletters, special promotions, and updates regarding Sportstats products and services.

  • Demographic Data: Sportstats may collect demographic and profile data, along with publicly available information, to personalize your experience on the Sites and display content according to your preferences.

  • Customer Service: When you contact us with a comment, question, or complaint, we may collect information to identify you and assist with your inquiry, as well as improve our products and services.
